September 10th - 11th - Newcastle Days, sponsored by Valley Medical center and organized by many volunteers!  This year Newcastle Days will begin with a Kick-Off Sidewalk Sale event where participating businesses will be offering specials from 3pm to 7pm on Friday, September 10, 2010.  The Newcastle Chamber will be sponsoring a beer and wine garden from 11:00am to 7:00pm on Saturday, September 11th.

Upcoming Events at Beit Tikvah
The community is invited to all events.  Location:  Beit Tikvah Messianic Congregation7935 136th Ave SE, Newcastle, WA 98059.  For more information, call Jennifer at  425-793-3000, www.BeitTikvah.us :
September 8th - Rosh Hashanah at 7:00 PM. We will blow the shofar (ram’s horn) to usher in the Jewish New Year. This is a prophetic festival that looks to the return of Yeshua (Jesus) with a blast of the trumpet.  Cost: An offering will be taken. 
September 17th - Yom Kippur at 7:30 PM.  This Day of Atonement is a time of introspection and repentance as we remember the sacrifice of Yeshua (Jesus) for our sins. Cost: An offering will be taken. 
September 22nd -  Sukkot, the Feast of Booths / Tabernacles, at 7:00 PM. This joyous celebration, which recalls God’s provision for the Israelites during their exodus from Egypt, will feature Messianic music, dance and special desserts brought by those attending. Cost: An offering will be taken. 
September 30th - Simchat Torah at 7:00 PM.  On this day we rejoice that God gave us His Word, the Bible. We will celebrate with worship and Messianic dance. As we think about the sweetness of the Word of God we will share desserts together. Cost: An offering will be taken.
